Wedlock provides wedding planning software for tasks, guests, RSVPs, table plans, wedding websites, budgets, and collaborators. This policy explains the basic information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, login details, plan, and support messages. When you use Wedlock, we also store the planning information you choose to add, such as wedding details, tasks, guest names, RSVP responses, dietary notes, table plans, budget items, collaborator details, and wedding website content.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

We may also collect basic technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, error logs, and cookie data, so we can keep the service secure and improve it.

How we use information

We use your information to provide Wedlock, manage your account, process subscriptions, show your wedding planning data, publish wedding websites when you choose to make them available, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run Wedlock, such as hosting, payment, email, analytics, and support providers. We only share what is needed for them to provide those services.

Keeping and deleting information

You can update much of your account and planning information inside Wedlock. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
